Orsync is a technical step-by step software tool for the individual team members in a hybrid OR team. With Orsync it is possible for the instructor or/and the trainee to survey the different tasks in a procedure for each individual team member. It can be used both for briefing and debriefing, providing playback of a recorded performance, and as a guide during a live training session with the possibility to record several video streams. It is also possible to determine the interaction and collaboration within the whole team.
Simulated to authentic
In order for team training to be conducted with high precision and with as high reality as possible, the demand is not only to create a simulated authentic environment, but also to create fully realistic scenarios. With the ability in Orsync, to combine both simulated and authentic data, the software may be used for both training and assessment for improved medical outcome.
