Step-by-step approach
We use a step-by-step approach where the trainee will start acquiring theoretical knowledge using a web-based tool – Ortrac – for training and formative assessment. The next step is to develop technical skills using a technical skills simulator. Upon satisfactory, the comprehensive training environment – Orcamp – gives the trainee the possibility to develop non-technical and cognitive professional skills as a final step of the program. By using – Orsync – a software tool for the individual team members and is possible for the instructor or/and the trainee to survey the different tasks in a procedure for each individual team member. By the ability to combining both simulated and authentic data, the software may be used for both training and assessment as a final step of the program.
