Orzone has for 3rd year provided technology and services to assist in organizing EVF HOW - one of the largest hands-on training courses for venous diseases. The work shop has grown for each year and the goal has been to simplify the administrative tasks so that EVF can concentrate on the all-important content for the workshop.
During the congress the Ortrac system uploaded presentations for the speakers as well as managed part of the organisation and communication with sponsors. Delegates were also directed to different workshops by the system. After participating at the sessions and all the work stations the delegates were given CME credits and printed their Certificates of attendance through the Ortrac System. Some of the functionality resembles OSCE stations, but focused on training rather than assessment.
