Anonymous surveys

Ortrac has recently launched a new feature that allows you to create anonymous surveys. This is particularly useful for organizations that want to collect feedback from their employees or students without revealing their identity.

To create an anonymous survey form with Ortrac, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Ortrac account

2. Create a new form and add your questions.

3. Click on Form Settings to Anonymous

4. Publish the form to your attended audience

5. Respondents will be able to fill out your form anonymously.

6. Share your form under, Forms Summary, with your administrative staff
