VISA LETTERS
During the registration/payment process; the system have a library of standardized forms and letters fro the administratior to use. One of the most useful one, at interntational event is the Visa letters. The admin simply use the online editor and create a letter for their organization. Every user gets a personalized version of the letter, as a printable PDF file.
FORMS & CLINICAL ASSESSMENTS
Intelligent forms can be used to manage clinical assessment. The forms can create an interactive experience between student and teacher/assessor. Forms an be used to create EPAs, log-books, portfolios and competency driven assessment. These tools can be used on mobile or tablet by downloading the Scholar app from Apple App store or Google Play.

CURRICULUM MAPPING & BLUEPRINTING
Running large scale training and education requires the ability to track data and manage complex relationships. The system can setup program outcomes, course outcomes, exams, competency goals, procedures, SOLO taxonomy or other identifiers. The identifiers can be linked to each other to form complex relationship. The relationships can be visualized to provide an understanding of how the relationships are interlinked. Using the Blueprint module, content and assessment information can be tagged. These tags are then automatically traced create valuable datapoints for progression, without any need for manual intervention. Report generators and dashboards visually organize information to identify progression and to ensure that outcomes are met.
ROLES & DATA ACCESS
The system has a powerful role generator, which can combine used defined roles and their properties, adding them to a number of programs, courses or other types of logical groups. Learning content & Assignments are two of the key components inside Scholar. Use the Assignments to move the day to day tasks forward. History functions allow users to follow interactions between teacher and student. Faculty/teacher (and other roles) can add learning content in a structured way. Tag content for smarter search functions and automated tracking and analysis.
APP:Â ORTRAC SCHOLAR
iOS and Android app. The App Ortrac Scholar provides a new way to organize education that takes place in the work-place ensuring that targets, competencies and outcomes are met. The app can be used by educational institutions ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of students or candidates.
Some forms of education have a heavy emphasis on practice in the field or in a work-place, e.g. the students spend hundreds or thousands of hours off-campus.

FINANCIAL REPORTS
Check the status of the registrations per event or center to be at the top of your game, knowing in advance if you need to increase the size of an event and what the financial impact will be. Download reports for the finance department or transfer accounting data to make book keeping simple. Participants can receive automated receipts for their expense reporting or safe keeping. Vouchers, group bookings and refunds can also be managed in the system.
TRANSLATIONS
Exams can be authored and delivered in multiple languages. The system can write, review and translate questions with multiple translations per master question. Exams can be delivered in one or more languages and tailored to the candidates preference. Orzone currently delivers exams in 15 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Chinese languages.
PORTFOLIO
