Forms/assessments

VFU module
This technology improves the efficiency of work-based assessments by streamlining the management of clinical training. Users can set up training sites, assign supervisors, and define workstation capacity. The system integrates task scheduling and time management to ensure optimal student distribution across periods.

KBA examination
Knowledge-based assessment tests offer a range of delivery options (Irats, progression) providing flexibility for candidates. They can be taken in a classroom using a browser or on personal devices. In addition, high security is ensured for home exams with AI monitoring.

Modules & diplomas
To organize a course, the system offers modules, which act as logical containers to group and structure different parts of the course. Each module can represent a specific topic or learning objective, and upon successful completion of a module, participants can receive a notification reflecting their achievements and progress.

EPA module

OSCE examination

Role generator
The system includes standard roles but also allows you to create custom roles tailored to your needs. Once a role has been created, it can be assigned by a user administrator.

Report generator
The system includes a range of standard reports and allows users to create custom datasets. These can be exported as downloadable objects or shared via secure GDPR-compliant links through Power BI integration, providing flexibility in data reporting and analysis.

Question bank
Create and submit questions for review, attach images, and use them in exams, forms, and quizzes. Supported question types include SBA, True/False, EMQ, short answer, essay, and multiple choice, providing flexibility for different assessment formats.

Portfolio
The feature organizes assignments, assessments, exams, and events into a personal, mobile-friendly competency portfolio. It provides a clear overview of completed and ongoing assignments, integrates self-assessment and tutor feedback, and supports curriculum-driven tracking of knowledge, skills, and professionalism.

Analysis
