To organize a course, the system offers modules, logical containers to organize sections within a group, finished module equals a bagde

The forms component offers a variety of functionality, can be used for attendance, at clinical practice, EPA forms, DOPS, mini-CEX and other similar notifications.

​The assignment tool, is a component with a last date function, teacher assign a task to a student(s) and can interact in the process, finishing the task.

A quiz can be created anytime within the frame of a course, it is a formative component. The student can practice over and over. Examinanations can be turned into quizzies.

Content is a useful component, used as course info, module info, learning material, and can contain other items, like quizzes. Teacher sees if student reads the content.

Write questions, send them for review, attach images, use them in examinations, forms, quizzes. Types: SBA, True/False, EMQ, Short answer, Essay, Multiple choice

Knowledge exams with a variety of delivery options, can be used in a browser(classroom, bring your own device) or as i high secure home examination with invigilaion (AI)

OSCE examination or practical exams can be created via forms, organized into stations, with invigilators. Marking from forms is analyzed via Power BI in real-time.

A variety of standard reports comes with the system as well as the possibility to create your own selection of datasets, via Power BI into downloadable items, or via link (GDPR safe).

All items used within the Ortrac platform can be analysed into the smallest detail, via an intelligent system off tagging all components.
